The DGT Automatic Container Capping Machine is a compact high precision capping system which is built to perform cap feeding, placement onto the container neck and tightening. The versatile machine is suitable for a wide variety of container and cap types.
A heavy-duty in-line capping system designed for reliable cap feeding, placement, transfer and controlled tightening.
The table-top processing conveyor transports containers into the machine, through the capping station, and out through the safety enclosure. Adjustable side guides accommodate the container format.
The cap guide track conveys caps toward the pick & place station and is designed as a change part for quick, tool-less changeover between cap sizes.
The cap holding gripper is a cap-specific change part. Gripping fingers or the complete gripper assembly can be changed according to cap diameter, height, and external finish.
The servo-driven gripper also allows capping torque to be adjusted through the machine's HMI.
The cap feeding system is selected according to the properties and dimensions of the cap. DGT offers multiple feeding solutions for different cap types and applications.
